Barre Class
Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body.
In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility. We will use a combination of the barre and your body weight, and incorporate tools like free weights, exercise balls and resistance bands.
Please bring a Yoga mat, water bottle and grippy socks.
